Hi, I am kara
A mother of 2 boys, Personal Trainer and Qualified Pre and Postnatal Exercise Specialist.
I have created 2 workshops to empower you through exercising during pregnancy and postpartum.
I've taken everything I have learnt over the multiple courses I have completed on this subject. The wisdom and knowledge from mentors. As well as the hands on experience I have gained working with pregnant and postpartum women and compiled it into an 2 empowering workshops.
Titled WHAT I WISH I KNEW! It is everything I wish I knew about exercising through my pregnancy and postpartum journey.
When we know BETTER we can do BETTER and that is exactly what I want for YOU.

What's Included!

FAQ
Do I have to complete both workshops?
No, the workshops are stand alone. There is a crossover and you will get maximum benefit from doing both. But it is not essential to do both. If you are already in your postpartum period you will still gain benefit from the postpartum workshop even if you have not done the pregnancy workshop.
How long are the workshops?
Each workshop is approximately 1 hr and 15 min long.
How much does it cost?
Each workshop is $20 pp, which is inclusive of the app access with PDF presentation printout. PDF cheat sheet printout and sample exercises.
Do I have to be pregnant or have had a baby to attend?
No, if you are thinking about becoming pregnant or trying to conceive you will get a benefit from these workshops.
How do i get acces to the workshop
The workshop is conveniently located on our app. This means you can access it on your phone and watch it on the go or at your own pace.
I've already had my baby. Will I still get benefit from these workshops?
If you are under 6 months postpartum or are planning on more children than you will still benefit from these workshops. The information is targeted at pregnancy to 6 months postpartum.
