Hi, I am kara

A mother of 2 boys, Personal Trainer and Qualified Pre and Postnatal Exercise Specialist.

My goal is to help Pregnant and Postnatal women feel strong in their bodies, move better and with less pain. 

My classes are designed to be functional and efficient. Working on exercises that are going to help us through pregnancy, labour and parenting.
