Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are an agreement between client(s) and trainer. Payments will be taken for the trainer providing personal training sessions (whether one-on-one, couple or group sessions).

All payments for sessions are made on the day or prior to the session. If for programs, full payment must be made at time of purchasing the program.

If payment is not made in advance or at start of session then the booked session may be cancelled and subject to charge (unless the trainer is notified in advance).

If clients are unable to attend sessions then the trainer must be notified 12 hours in advance. If clients are unable to attend sessions and the trainer is not given reasonable notice then the cost of the session will be charged in full.

If clients need to reschedule their sessions 3 hours notice must be given. If clients are unable to give 3 hours notice than full cost of booking is applied and/or no refund can be given.

If clients choose to cancel any programs once program start date has passed no refund can be given.

If for any reason the trainer is unable to continue with the program or if Fitness Nest ceases operation then the cost for any remaining sessions will be refunded in full via the original payment method.

Clients are expected to be on time for sessions as any late arrivals will result in time being deducted from the booked session.

Any medical conditions, injuries, specific needs or disabilities are expected to be explained in full to the trainer and noted in the client intake form (this will be completed at the initial/consultation stage) so reasonable action/precautions may be taken.

These terms are to be read and understood by client in full and are a contractual agreement between client and trainer.
