Small class size ensures you get individual support and guidance. Designed with exercises to be functional and multidimensional. With modifications to regress or progress the exercise for maximum benefit.

Private Group or One on One Sessions
Aqua Fitness Classes
A fun, low impact class that is easy on the joints. Aqua is suitable and effective for all fitness levels as well as every stage of pregnancy and postpartum. This class is held in a hydrotherapy pool, providing the added benefits of thermoneutral temperature waters.
Children are welcomed and included at all classes, including aqua. There is play equipment and toys available. Modifications can be made for baby wearing or children in the pool.

About Me
Kara Allen
I was tired of the confusion and fear around exercising while pregnant with my first child.
I decided to do a deep dive into all things prenatal exercise and postnatal rehabilitative exercise.
I wanted to get back to feeling strong after having my children and continue to have the ability to keep up with them. To limit pains from the repetitive movements of parenthood. To not be limited in what I can and cannot do out of fear of incontinence.
I wanted to create a space where kids can come and see the positive effects of exercise for their mum's. Without fear and anxiety.
